That is the one thing I believe I repeat the most in any reinvention engagement I have. It feels so simple, but if you don’t commit, you will just not recognise any differences. Nobody will do it for you, you will just stay stuck… and eventually become irrelevant or even worse, not exist anymore.
There are as many activities as there are humans in the world, that you can do within that dedicated time.
Today I share my personal reinvention win! I have been revisiting the 15 questions on reinvention energy that Dr. Nadya Zhexembayeva Reinvention Academy has created.
After a big fall just in September, I focused on on diversification in the past 2 months, and my levels spiked from 45% to 89% as of today 💙
Yes, this is subjective. No, this is not exact scientific measurement, but it definitely helps bring more aliveness to you. It is a way to focus and deal with your own cycles of life, business, health, family challenges…
It feels good at this moment and I wanted to share the 15 questions here, maybe they will be your 1st step towards bringing intentional reinvention to your life, your business:
Answer these statements on a monthly level, with your own feelings at the moment with: 10 always ... 5 sometimes ... 0 never
1. I feel fully alive doing what I do
2. I say "no" enough
3. I say "yes" enough
4. I allow myself to fail
5. I own my mistakes
6. I use gratitude to foster personal resilience
7. I take care of myself
8. I celebrate small wins like I mean it
9. I surround myself with people who are filled with life - and make me feel more alive
10. I make time to notice trends before they hit me (and my team)
11. I make enough time and effort to connect with people with different worldviews, professions, and backgrounds
12. I spend enough time setting and revising goals, planning, and strategizing for the year, months, and week
13. I make regular time to reinvent
14. I ask for real feedback often enough
15. I feel excited about Monday morning on Sunday night
May it support your next reinvention path! And this image just captures my feeling so well :)
