Reinvention Labs
An immersive process for leadership teams who sense the old formula fading before the numbers say so — or who simply want a fresh way to do strategy. The Lab comes in two forms. A taste: a 90-minute working session where we apply one reinvention lens to your reality — enough to feel how differently the team can think. A dive: a series of sessions, online or in person, across three to four weeks, in which we take one real challenge through the full reinvention process together.

A room full of people is also a living system — a temporary one, alive for a day. My talks do to an audience what this page tries to do to you: shift how people see, not only what they know. On reinvention, aliveness, and systems thinking — for conferences, leadership summits, and rooms tired of the expected scenario.
Conversation and event design
The least visible service, often the most decisive. Before an event, an offsite, or a strategic gathering, someone must design the conditions for the conversation that actually needs to happen — the questions, the sequence, the dramaturgy of the day. I design those conditions. Sometimes I also host the room. Sometimes the best design is the one nobody notices.

REINVENTION ACADEMY SLOVENIA
The very first in Europe
A three-month learning experience on reinvention — the frameworks, the cases, the practice — in which you work on your own real challenge alongside a cohort of others doing the same. Open to individuals, teams, and organizations, because a literacy is learned best in mixed company. The first program of its kind in Slovenia.
